Strengthening of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Hercegovina Integrity via Project „Ethical line“ 6/10/2021 Tweet As part of the development of the business compliance function, as well as raising the level of business ethics and integrity, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) will implement a system for secure, protected and anonymous reporting of all irregularities - Ethical Line. Related to this, on 8 June, 2021, the eminent experts in the area, Višnja Marilović and Mila Crnogorac Bajić, held a multi-hour education on the topic of business compliance and the way the system works. The Ethics line is an effective modern tool that initiates and monitors the examination of incoming reports, as well as investigates allegations of inappropriate and unethical behaviour of any employee or appointed official in the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The decision of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina to implement such a system confirms the commitment of this institution to operate with integrity and to prevent all forms of irregularities, including corruptive acting, dealing with conflicts of interest and other irregularities. By implementing this system, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina will join a very small number of institutions in BH, which have resolutely, efficiently and consistently expressed their position in the fight against any irregularities in business operations.
