In accordance with the obligation from Article 7 of the Instructions on running the office operations in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to the already existing contacts and methods of electronic and conventional receipt of documents, has published on its website the email address for receiving electronic documents: .
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 of the Instructions, documents submitted in electronic form with an electronic signature are considered hand-signed in accordance with special regulations on electronic documents. The document delivered electronically is considered submitted to the institution at the moment when the receipt of such messages is recorded on the server, and the confirmation of receipt of the said document is delivered electronically.
If for technical reasons it is not possible to read the document received electronically, the sender of the document will be notified immediately in a suitable manner; he/she is obliged to resend the document in the correct electronic form that is in use in the institution to which the document is sent, or to deliver it in other regulated way. If the sender of the document does not act according to the instructions, it is considered that the document was not even received.
