During 2022, the CBBH successfully maintained the country's monetary stability and made the best contribution to financial stability in BH. It fulfilled its legal mandate consistently, implementing a model of monetary policy - the currency board. As a result of the overall financial operations of the CBBH, in 2022, it made a profit in the amount of KM 25.9 million, while for the period 1 January - 30 April 2023, the earned profit amounted to KM 62.2 million. Total capital and reserves amounted to KM 545.4 million at the end of 2022. Capital and reserves continued to grow in 2023 and on May 31, 2023 they exceeded the amount of KM 680 million.
