CBBH Governing Board Session Held 3/19/1999 Tweet The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, (CBBH) held their monthly meeting at the CBBH Head Office on Sarajevo on 18th March 1999. The meeting was chaired by the Governor, Peter Nicholl, and attended by Governing Board members Kasim Omicevic and Jure Pelivan. The main items discussed were a revised Budget for 1999, the second draft of the CBBH's Annual Report for 1998, recent trandsin the use of KM in the regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the contracts the CBBH has signed with commercial banks in Austria, Germany and Switzerland to deal KM. The Board was also briefed on management's proposals for improving the structure and controls in the International and Domestic Banking Department of the CBBH. These proposals have been developed with assistance from IMF (International Monetary Fund) advisors and the broad principles had been endorsed by the Governing Board in December 1998.
