Signing Ceremony in Vienna Canceled 3/25/1999 Tweet Only with great relunctance and after much thought, as well as consultation with the BiH Ambassador to Austria, Dr. Emina Keco-Isakovic, the governor of the Central Bank of Bosnia & Herzegovina, (CBBH), Mr. Peter Nicholl has cancelled Friday's scheduled signing ceremony in Vienna Austria. "The situation with commercial flights being cancelled at the airports in Bosnia & Herzegovina has left many without means to attend," he said. Instead the CBBH will host a news conference TODAY at it's Sarajevo headquarters at 25 Maršala Tita, on Thursday of 25th March 1999, at 1500, in order that the exchange of KM in Austria, Germany and Switzerland can be explained in detail and that the names of the participating banks can be announced.
