Banks Accept KM 5 Banknotes Until March 31 1/5/2010 Tweet Commercial banks will continue to accept KM 5 banknotes till March 31, 2010.Namely, according the decision delivered by the CBBH Governing Board in March 2009, the KM 5 banknote ceased to be the legal tender since December 31, 2009. Above mentioned banknotes cannot be accepted in circulation for settlement of any form of liabilities.The KM 5 coin will stay in circulation.Public Relations Section
