CBBH has met the certification requirements for confidential data management 12/5/2022 Tweet Representatives of the Ministry of Security of BiH – the state security authority visited the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) today, December 5, 2022. The topic of the visit was to give an opinion on the fulfilment of measures and procedures for the protection of confidential data and the establishment of a security space for confidential data of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Thus, the CBBH fulfilled the conditions for receiving, processing and storing confidential data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Confidential Data, which relate to personal security, physical security, documents security and IT security, which have been confirmed and certified by the state security authority, after their tour of the facilities. In the coming period, the CBBH will continue to work intensively on the full application of the Law with the aim of establishing effective cooperation with institutions committed to the protection of confidential data, and will carry out further planning activities aimed at improving of this area, which is of exceptional importance both for the security of information generated in the CBBH's operations, and for the data important for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
