Banks Accept KM 5 Banknotes until March 31

Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) reminds all citizens, being in possession of  KM 5 banknotes, that these banknotes can be replaced in commercial banks until March 31, 2010.                                                         

Namely, according to the decision delivered by the CBBH Governing Board on March 2009, the KM 5 banknote ceased to be the legal tender since December 31, 2009. Above mentioned banknotes cannot be accepted in circulation for settlement of any type of liabilities.

The KM 5 coin will stay in circulation.
