SDDS

The Special Data Dissemination Standard (SDDS) was established by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to guide members that have, or might seek, access to international capital markets in the provision of their economic and financial data to the public. The SDDS are expected to further enhance the availability of timely and comprehensive statistics, and therefore contribute to the pursuit of sound macroeconomic policies.

Bosnia and Herzegovina subscription to the IMF SDDS in 2024 is an important step toward further development of BH statistical system, and production of internationally comparable statistics.

The main goal of SDDS is to guide member-countries that have or might seek access to international capital markets in the provision of their economic and financial data to the public.
